Contact Bookmakers.Global
Write to us about a correction, a bookmaker that is missing from a country, a licence that has changed or anything else about the site.
Email Bookmakers.Global
One address reaches us for every topic.
What to include in a correction
A correction is easiest to check when it comes with three things.
- The address of the page that is wrong.
- What is wrong, in one or two sentences.
- A link to the regulator's register or to the operator's page that shows the right information.
Entries are based on public sources: regulators' registers and operators' own pages.
For bookmakers and regulators
If you represent an operator or a regulator and an entry about your brand or register is out of date, send the current register entry or licence document.
To have a bookmaker added, send the brand name, the country and a link to its register entry or to the operator's page for that country.
What we cannot help with
Bookmakers.Global does not operate any betting site and has no access to player accounts.
- Account, deposit and withdrawal problems: contact the bookmaker directly.
- A dispute with a licensed bookmaker: ask the regulator that licensed it how to complain.
- Betting tips or advice on where to bet: the site gives none.
If betting is causing you harm, the responsible gambling page lists free and confidential help.
Questions about contacting us
How do I report a mistake on a page?
Email [email protected] with the address of the page, what is wrong and a link to the register or operator page that shows the right information.
Can you help me get money back from a bookmaker?
No. The site does not run betting sites and cannot reach your account. Contact the bookmaker first, and its regulator if the bookmaker is licensed and the dispute is not resolved.
How do I get a bookmaker added to a country?
Send the brand name, the country and a link to the brand's register entry or to the page where the operator publishes its offer for that country.
